Introduction:
The spread of slang was Infuenced by lots of factor, but social factors are the one that very influential factors. Such as geographical location, where the teenagers are socializing and with whom they often do their daily activities.
There are common beliefs that woman and man have differences in using slang, like women talk more than men, men talk more than women, women are less assertive and direct, women break the rules of turn-taking less than men do, women use more standard forms than men, etc.
The research of this journal investigates the extent to which gender can be identified as a determining factor in language variance. As finding the differences in slang use between the teenagers of two speech communities between male and female, who come from the same socio-economical class would be an interesting topic to investigate.
